About aurora

aurora is published annually in November.  It is sponsored by the WAPACC Organization and indexed in the Art Index, Artbibliographies Modern, and ITER.  The full text is available in electronic versions in the H. W. Wilson, EBSCO, and Gale databases. To ensure the highest standards of scholarship, manuscripts submitted for consideration in aurora undergo a rigorous peer review process. Articles utilizing any methodology on any aspect of the history of art are welcome. Obtaining photo rights is the sole responsibility of authors. For guidelines, see Submissions

aurora accepts advertising of interest to art historians. For information, see Advertisement Rates

A significant portion of our budget depends on departmental and personal monetary contributions. These ensure our continued efforts to provide a progressive forum in which art history scholars can present their research.  Monetary contributions are tax deductible and will be acknowledged in aurora.  If you wish to make a donation, please contact Lilian H. Zirpolo at lzirpolo@optonline.net
